One-page site

$199

Five-page site $499. In exchange we ask for a testimonial and permission to use the finished site as a case study.

After the founding spots are gone

$500 one page / $1,000 five pages

One-page site: a single scrolling page, up to 2 rounds of revisions.
Five-page site: up to five standard pages (home, about, services, gallery, contact), up to 2 rounds of revisions.
Anything beyond that (extra pages, extra revision rounds, custom functionality) is quoted separately and plainly, before any work.

Care plan, $50 per month: hosting, security updates, a monthly accessibility and health scan with a plain-English report, and minor content updates.
AI assistant, optional: a one-time $99 to add it, then $50 a month on top of care. It answers customer questions and books appointments on your site around the clock.

These two are flat rates for everyone. Founding client pricing applies to the site build itself.
